NEW UAE LAW
the Dubai Police and Road Transport Authority are enforcing new rules concerning the use of mobile phones whilst driving.
It is essential that anyone operating a motor vehicle uses a hands free system. Failure to do so will result in a Dhs. 5000/- fine and the vehicle impounded for 15 days.
